Day 28


The last exercise I am thankful for is the elliptical. I am in love with this machine! I'm a big supporter of hill running :) So this is a way to get that without having to find a hill. This really does wonders for me and it doesn't hurt my joints at all because you are stationary the whole time. I think this is the best workout ever invented, but that's just my opinion :)
