Day 24


I am thankful for yoga today :) Yoga is such a relaxing way to workout, not only do you get toned but you get de-stressed also. What more could you want in a workout? :) My favorite pose is warrior, it stretches my legs which always seem to need stretching and helps strengthen them. Now I need to do yoga on the beach like this lady ;)
