Day 25


When the weather is warm to hot out I absolutely love to go bike riding. It cools you off and works you out ;) Bike riding does not really make me sore (which I like to be after a workout) but it is a great core and cardio exercise that you can do pretty much anywhere. I am very thankful for bikes so I do not have to run all the time :)
